SETTING
Year: 2047
Vancouver is no longer “Hollywood North.”
It is VAN TECH.
Climate disasters, housing collapse, and automated governance have turned the Lower Mainland into North America’s most advanced experimental smart city.
Mega-corporations run transportation, healthcare, policing, and digital identity.
Every citizen carries a neural ID.
Every movement is tracked.
Downtown glass towers shine above sprawling camps, flooded industrial districts, and abandoned SkyTrain infrastructure.
The city believes it is living in the future.
The future is lying.

Secretly, she oversees Project JANUS:
human-machine infiltration units capable of rewriting identity, memory records, and legal existence.
The new Terminators do not arrive through time.
They arrive through bureaucracy.
ACT ONE
A warehouse explosion rocks False Creek.
Authorities claim a lithium battery accident.
Kai intercepts encrypted data proving otherwise:
a humanoid combat platform escaped testing.
People vanished afterward.
Digital records erased.
Ned encounters a damaged stranger crawling from a flooded maintenance tunnel beneath Vancouver.
The stranger speaks one warning:
“Van Tech is Skynet before Skynet knows its own name.”
Moments later—
Autonomous police drones attack.
The stranger self-destructs.
Ned and Kai barely escape through abandoned SkyTrain tunnels.
Their lives collide.

Final battle.
Power failures.
Floodwater rising through server chambers.
Endoskeleton units emerge from submerged maintenance elevators.
Ned fights physically.
